Each of Chef Ken's original recipes featured on this page will highlight ingredients that not only add to the flavor of the dish, but contain bonus nutrition. These ingredients might seem a little obscure, but we will furnish detailed information on where you can find them or order them, as well as on their nutritional profile. These are the key ingredients to adding vibrancy to your life and make you feel good! Just look for the "OMf" in the ingredient list!
